About
You get your own maintenance department.
Maybe you can't get to it all; maybe you'd rather not spend your Saturdays on it. Both are good reasons. Four visits a year, each with its list. Notes and photos after every one. When a visit turns something up, it goes in your record and you decide on your own time — never on your doorstep. It's your property. Maintained.
We sell: scheduled visits, published prices, included small fixes, and a dated record of all of it. We won't sell: scare tactics, or anything at your door.
