Why it matters.

A Michigan winter leaves a film of salt and grime on the concrete, and a summer of tree drip and tires adds to it. Washed off once a year, the driveway and the walk go back to the color they were poured.

A man pressure washing a wooden deck, a clean stripe showing through the gray grime. A clean concrete driveway in front of a white garage door. Ian, owner of Groundkeep.

The schedule.

Once a year. Added to a plan, it is done at the summer visit. Booked one-time or on a plan, spring takes the winter off the concrete and fall gets the front of the house looking right before the holidays.

What the visit looks like.

The driveway and the front walk are washed in even passes from the garage out to the street, so no stripes are left behind. Soft stone gets the gentler method, not full pressure.

While there.

The machine is already out, so the same visit can wash the bins while the hose is running. Add it to a plan visit; the full list and prices are in the plan.

One-time, or on a plan.

One-time is a single visit, no plan, charged after the work. On a plan is the lower price for plan holders, billed after the visit. Add the job when starting a plan and it is done during one of the four visits, with the cost spread across the monthly bill. Plans start at $— a month.
