Own a rental?Between-tenant jobs, same prices as any house.Birmingham holds more than twenty parks and a wooded trail system, and plenty of its driveways sit in shade for half the day. Shaded concrete stays damp and turns green at the edge by August, on top of the gray a winter of road salt leaves, and one wash a year takes both off.
Booked one-time, a Birmingham wash in fall gets the front of the house looking right before the holidays and the first snow. Added to a plan, it happens at the summer visit, in the middle of the farmers market months.
The schedule.
Once a year. Added to a plan, it is done at the summer visit. Booked one-time or on a plan, spring takes the winter off the concrete and fall gets the front of the house looking right before the holidays.
What the visit looks like.
The driveway and the front walk are washed in even passes from the garage out to the street, so no stripes are left behind. Soft stone gets the gentler method, not full pressure.
On a plan, this job is done during one of the four visits. The plans, priced for Birmingham: Home upkeep in Birmingham.
