Home Vitals. A maintenance department in your pocket.
Measured once. Filter sizes, water heater age, water pressure, where the shutoff is, how many windows, how many feet of gutter. Written down on the first visit so nobody asks again.
Nine checks, every visit.
Water heater, softener salt, caulk, gutters, sump pit, window wells, driveway, glass, bins. Each gets a grade, Good, Watching or Worth doing, and is compared to last time, so a problem shows up as a trend before it's a repair.
Anything found, you decide.
It goes in the file with a photo. Nothing sold at the door. Say no and it's closed.
Add from here.
Every job on the list is in the file with its price. Tap one and it's done on a visit. Snow Patrol, a gutter clear, the dryer vent: added from the couch, no call, no quote.
Your free hours live here.
One free hour of help with anything comes with the plan. Pick the job, pick a visit, it's done. Hold both plans and there are four a year.
Send a neighbor. Earn an hour.
Every house you send that starts a plan adds an hour of help to your file.
The yard side too.
Hold Yard Patrol and it's in the same file: the photo of the gate shut, every visit logged, one bill.
It's yours.
The file stays with the house, like a service history on a car, and everything ever added is in it.

Gutters, windows, pressure washing and more can be added to either plan and spread across the monthly bill. Six services have their own page. The rest of the list comes by email.
Send me the list.
One email with every job Groundkeep does and its price: the sump pit, the window wells, bath fans, the lot. Twenty more than the six on the site. No follow-up.
