Gutters cleared twice a year, so water runs off the roof and not down the wall.
Spring and fall, gutters and downspouts cleared out. No ice over the door in January, no overflow down the siding in April. The price is on the page.
Unusual jobs (third-story work, oversized homes) get a confirmed price first.
Added to a plan at signup: $— a visit, spread across the monthly bill.
Two-story homes: $— one-time, $— on a plan, $— added to a plan.
Why it matters.
Full gutters send water down the wall instead of away from the house. In a Michigan winter it freezes where it sits and pries at the roof edge. Leaves come down hard here in late October and the first freeze isn't far behind, which is why the fall visit is the one that counts.
The schedule.
Twice a year. Spring after the seeds drop, fall after the leaves. The fall visit is the one that matters: whatever's left in the gutter in November freezes there. Two-story homes are published too: $— added to a plan, $— one-time.
What the visit looks like.
Cleared by hand, downspouts flushed until they run clear, the mess bagged and gone. Anything soft or missing at the roof edge gets noted in the record.
While there.
The fall visit can also clear the window wells before snow packs them solid. Add it to a plan visit; the full list and prices are in the plan.
One-time, or on a plan.
One-time is a single visit, no plan, charged after the work. On a plan is the lower price for plan holders, billed after the visit. Add the job when starting a plan and it is done during one of the four visits, with the cost spread across the monthly bill. Plans start at $— a month.
Rather do it yourself? The guide: Gutters: the twenty-minute job that decides where water goes.
Gutters cleared across Oakland County. Twelve towns have their own page:
