Leaving for the winter? We walk your house the way you would: heat on, no burst pipe, nothing in the basement, mail cleared, doors secure. Every check adds dated notes and photos to your Home Vitals record. You see the house yourself, from wherever you are.
December through March, billed over twelve months. Staying longer than planned? Your rate stays the same until you're home. Starting late? You pay for the visits that remain. Single drop-in check: $35. Your membership stays intact all winter, no cancel-and-rejoin in spring.

Snow Patrol is Yard Patrol's winter product, open to Groundkeep households too — dog or no dog. Walkways, steps and porches shoveled and salted within 6 to 8 hours of the snow stopping. Pet-safe salt, weekly, on a 17-week calendar.
